A clear photo means a more accurate reading. Follow these tips:

• Use bright, natural light — avoid harsh shadows falling across your palm.
• Open your hand fully and hold it flat, fingers slightly apart.
• Fill the frame with your palm; keep the camera directly above it, not at an angle.
• Make sure the major lines are visible and in focus — retake if the image is blurry.
• Remove rings or accessories that cover your lines or mounts.

You buy credits in packs and spend them only when you go beyond the free allowance or want a PDF report. Every pack, and what a credit buys, is listed on our Pricing page.

On the web, payments go through Razorpay's secure checkout, and the payment options available to you are shown there before you pay.

Our refund terms are set out in our Terms & Conditions. If a payment was deducted but your credits did not arrive, write to Admin@palmaestro.com as soon as you can and we'll look into it.

Yes. Your birth details, palm photos, and conversations are used to generate your personal readings and improve your experience. We never sell your personal data. For full details, please read our Privacy Policy.

Your palm photo is analyzed to generate your reading. How long it is kept, and who may process it, is set out in the Privacy Policy. You can request deletion of your photo and data at any time.

Yes. Your conversations are personal to you and are not shared publicly. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle and protect your personal data.

Email us at Admin@palmaestro.com from your registered contact with the subject line "Data Deletion Request," and we'll remove your details, palm photos, and conversation history. Deletion timelines are set out in the Privacy Policy.

Make sure you're using the same phone number or account you used before — AURA's memory is linked to your profile. Your account is linked across channels: when you move between WhatsApp and the web, your profile information, palm images, and report history carry over. If you've switched numbers and something is missing, contact Admin@palmaestro.com and we'll help.
